At BURAQ, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and in the best possible condition. Every order is carefully checked, packed, and handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and dispatch it within 1 to 3 working days.
During sales, new launches, public holidays, or high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location:
Within Pakistan: 3 to 7 working days
International Orders: 7 to 21 working days, depending on country, courier service, customs, and local delivery process
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, customs clearance, or other situations beyond our control.

BURAQ may also offer free shipping during special promotions or on selected orders.
International Shipping
BURAQ aims to introduce Pakistani clothing, traditional wear, and handmade products to customers internationally. International shipping may be available for selected countries and products.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges applied by their country unless clearly mentioned otherwise at checkout.
BURAQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations within Pakistan only. If COD is not available in your area, you may be asked to use another payment method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we may provide tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order page, depending on the available courier service.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details, including name, phone number, address, city, and postal code.
BURAQ will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery or Refused Parcel
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or unpaid charges, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
For international orders, any return shipping, customs charges, or additional courier fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Damaged or Missing Parcel
If you receive a damaged parcel or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
