Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product has all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used, washed, or damaged products caused by the customer.

Items without tags or original packaging.

Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.

Unstitched fabric after cutting.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days. Exchange will depend on product availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Delivery charges for exchange may be paid by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

The product is damaged or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The item is not available for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong item or defective product, BURAQ will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return or exchange is due to size change, color preference, or customer choice, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Important Note

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
